One-Day Multi-Activity Challenge

On 26th July, a team of determined adventurers will take on an unforgettable one-day challenge in support of Headway Worcestershire — helping local people and families rebuild their lives after brain injury.

Designed and led by Your Adventure Challenge, this incredible experience combines endurance, teamwork, and adventure across some of the UK’s most stunning landscapes.

The Challenge

Participants will:

🚣 Canoe 8 miles along the breathtaking River Wye
🥾 Hike from the famous Symonds Yat rapids
🪨 Trek to the legendary King Arthur’s Cave

This demanding multi-activity challenge will test both physical and mental strength — all while raising vital funds for a life-changing local cause.

Why We’re Doing It

Every year, people across Worcestershire experience life-changing brain injuries caused by accidents, strokes, illness, and trauma.

Headway Worcestershire provides vital support, rehabilitation, wellbeing services, and community connection for survivors and their families during incredibly difficult times.

The funds raised through this challenge will help us continue delivering essential services to those who need them most.
