Creativity for wellbeing

Our very own Peter and Richard are famous for appearing in the Headway News magazine for Spring 2022!

Art is a fundamental aspect of Headway Worcestershire’s Wellbeing Services, with brain injury survivors benefitting from an experienced ABI art teacher who nurtures their ability to express themselves creatively.

Previously, our clients tended to leave their works in the art room. Now, however, the talented artists take home their creations to display with pride.

  1. I would like to ask if Headway Worcester would like to be involved in an outreach project I have running in October/November?
It involves working on some bright and bold banners that will hang in our theatre foyer here at Malvern theatres.
It is part of our Big Draw project.
We will be using very simple but effective techniques and I am happy to come to you if you are receptive to the idea.
I am fully DBS checked and experienced in the field of facilitating tailored workshops for people with marginalised capabilities.
    Very best wishes,
    Bridget
